I requested an appointment using the online system and was replied to within a short time. I was greeted promptly and courteously when I arrived. The gentleman I talked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with everything.

The new wipers did not work and I felt they should have tested them considering it was raining when I left. Two tires were at 39 lbs one tire at 35lbs and the fourth tire was at 30lbs.
Not happy that they put on the bill that I declined the aligement as they said they didn't have time and sprayed the bolts with oil and told me to come back after 4-5000 miles. They had a meeting to attend and did not have the time to do or I would have had it done. Service was good other than that.
The team got me right in, serviced my vehicle very quickly and were very professional at all people I worked with.

After waiting 90 minutes on the interstate for a tow, the Nolte driver said Matthews is the place to go for tires. Bought 4 new tires with an added incentive with a Goodyear credit card. If the power did not go out in the building I would say the front desk people, (especially Dave F) treated me with respect and honesty.I will come back for oil changes and tire rotations in the future.
I was very pleased that new tires could be so quickly put on my car - I was not expecting such speedy service!
This location has the best people working there. They went out of their way to help us, even providing a vehicle for us.
