After telling them my cabib air filter was ok, they checked it anyway, and they broke the holderon the side of my glovebox. Although I cannot prove they did this, I believe they did so. The oil change was ok, just took longer than expected.
The staff took care of my truck at the late afternoon and had it ready by 6 pm. Happy it was all done even though there were several cars in front of mine. Thank you!
