Had oil change & rotate tires. Asked to check air in spare tire in trunk. This wasn't done because items weren't moved in trunk. Guess tires were rotated.
I've been bringing my car to this shop for years, and I will continue to do so. The customer service is impeccable. I have the utmost trust in these folks, and have never been disappointed after taking my car in for maintenance or repairs.
We normally use Lamb's up north near our home, but when we had a minor accident down south it made more sense to have the vehicle towed to the Slaughter Ln location. We have no regrets: the staff was informative, patient, and helpful with our insurance; and the repairs are like new. Great team and represented the Lamb's family well. Thanks!
I had to leave my truck with Ray and the crew at Slaughter Lane Lamb's and all was completed on time, with cost contained as expected.
The Team at the Slaughter location is GREAT !! Bo, Steven, Ray, Zach...all are knowledgeable and very professional.

After my initial truck maintenance, which went well and expedited by Ray, I had 3 unfortunate issues with my vehicle within the following 2 weeks. Ray took care of all of them in a timely manner and kept me updated. Ray has a caring manner, is very professional and honest. I appreciate all that he has done for me.
