Lamb's Tire & Automotive #3 (Slaughter)

Upon receiving my car with 4 new tires I found the rims had that slippery stuff on them that they use slip the tires on the rim. I appreciated the fact that they covered the drivers side floor with a mat and seat with a plastic to keep them clean, but it would have been better for the salesperson (Ray Unwin) to accompany me to the car and remove them.

Extraordinary Honest Service

Had a flat tire, and Dan Hernandez and his team did a great job repairing it quickly and getting us out the door for work we needed to get done. We were so much in a hurry that I left my laptop... About 3 hours later, Dan called and let me know that it was left on the coffee table, and he had secured it until I could get there. Truly extraordinary and honest service! Highly recommend this location, the team, and especially Dan!

Yearly Inspection

Have to have some work done this year on my 2002 Sunfire. Ruben took the time to explain the problem in detail and answer all my questions. Can't get much better than this. This is why I continueing coming to Lamb's.

Great Experience

I went in for just a quick state inspection and was in and out super quick. Staff was very friendly and on top of everything. Ive been a few times in the past and dont have anything bad to say.

Almost costed me 3000 to repair my car when the repairs that were suggested were not even the correct ones. I fixed my car for less than 200. The diagnostics cost I had to pay was bullshit they didn't even tell me what I asked of them. Thanks for a waste of time and money
