I have been a Lamb's customer for over 15 years. They have always been efficient, courteous, and professionalism. What I especially like is they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need to enhance their revenue, unlike many other auto shops. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service.
I like this Lamb's. Oil change with a scheduled time took 1:15 minutes. However, I think they did check the car out well...tire pressure, brakes, etc. The only upsell was an engine air filter.
Just wanna say they provided great services. The staff was friendly and polite, and didn't have to wait long to service my vehicle.
I took my new jeep in for a routine oil change; I always go to this location because they've been friendly and helpful without being pushy. I appreciate the service that Chris, Charles, Alan, and the rest of the staff provides. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They always let me know what needs to be done today and what can wait a few months. You guys are AWESOME!
Went in for an oil change, and they did an alignment as well. Offered the lifetime alignments for basically the cost of two alignments, which is perfect bc I drive for Uber. I will keep going to Lambs for all my service needs!

I got a quote for a new set of Cooper tires for my truck. A few days later I gave them the OK to order the tires and they were there the next day. I took the truck in by 8:30 and was out by 10:30. That would have been fine if I had just dropped it off and went about my business, but I sat in the waiting area. The truck sat in the service area for about half an hour with the wheels off while it looked like there was some sort of meeting going on. I would have appreciated it if I had gotten a little more priority treatment since I was waiting on them.
I got a great deal on 4 tires purchased on 3/2/2017. The service was great!
