Sub Par tires
I went to this location for an oil change and some tire issues were discovered by the staff. To my dismay, two of the tires were bald. Almost no tread left. I was shocked since the two bald tires were purchased from Lamb's (in Round Rock) in April of 2016. So 17 months and 18000 miles later, the tires are beyond worn. Lamb's offered to sell me a set of tires. I flatly refused. The tread on the other two tires was in great shape despite them being on the car since before I bought it in 2015. To sum it up, I was sold a ratty pair of sub par tires. I question if the tires were even new as the salesman claimed, since they wore down so quickly over normal use. There is no way I would ever spend another penny with Lamb's and I will encourage anyone to steer clear of them. I will say, however, that the staff was highly professional and explained there position with respect despite their inability to correct my tire issue.
