first experience

The staff was excellent to work with! Got me in and out very quickly. Am having to take the car back though because their is issues with the work. Had my brake fluid flushed and it's still very dirty.

Came in for my regular oil change/car inspection. These guys always provide great service and the front desk manager does a good job explaining the issues and making recommendations.

Went in for a state inspection. Got there 15 minutes before opening, but the door was already open and everyone was super friendly and didn't seem bothered to have early customers. They were quick and efficient. Had a problem with my inspection, but they got on the phone and got what I needed sent over (a gas cap) right away. Everyone was really nice and seemed to like their jobs. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the waiting area and the great coffee selection for the Keurig. It was a great experience and I plan on bringing my vehicle back for oil changes and anything else that comes up.

I've been coming to this particular Lamb's since January 2016 after a friend recommended it. Lamb's has been a completely different and wonderful experience for me. I have a pretty length commute so I have to go in about every month for routine oil changes. Every time I'm treated with the utmost respect by each of the employees. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Alan has been the manager there for awhile and is always straightforward with me about what absolutely needs to be completed today versus what can wait until next time or after the holidays. With their routine oil changes comes a light overall vehicle check and tire rotations. I was always skeptical with previous mechanics that claimed tire rotations, but I know they actually rotate my tires! Great job!
