Tire replacement
They replaced a run flat tire that had a puncher. During this process they also rebuilt the pressure monitor, which is not normal. At least according to Mercedes. No one said anything to me that it had been done, nor did they ever ask me to approve the repair

Don't Make an Appointment
I made a appointment for 7:30 am for an oil change and still waited 2 hours for the oil change to be performed. Do not understand the point of an appointment if it will still not be done in a reasonable amount of time. They open at 7 and I was there around 10 minutes before appointment time also.

State Inspection
I took my car in for a State Inspection; Lamb's got me in and out in a timely fashion. I appreciated their "extended inspection" making me aware of additional issues that need to be addressed. The comfortable waiting room was a nice plus.

Tire replacement
I recently had to have a tire replaced on my Camry. Cory was the individual who helped me. He was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. He let me know what was happening each step, and made sure I was fully informed to make decisions. I would highly recommend Lambs.

Jake and Blaine took great care of me when I recently went in for a tire check on my Airstream and F150. Jake's attention to detail was amazing and I even walked away more knowledgeable on how to tend to a tire blow out in the future (if it ever happens again). Thanks guys!
