Walked in, Walked Out

Two attendants were working in the front. One was talking with customers (good!), the other was too busy playing with his cell phone to acknowledge that a new customer was waiting to be helped.

Unexpected good service

I took my car to Lamb's because of a burnt out left tail light. Robert Calderon greeted me as I walked in, said no problem, he would be glad to change it, had me put on the brakes to verify, changed the bulb and made sure it was working. When I asked him what I owed, he shook my hand and said "nothing", glad to do it and hope you will come back when you need real service. In this day and age, it is wonderful that there are still people willing to help people. He was polite and very helpful, as you can see. This is a good man.

Suspension repair and new tires on this truck. So far so good. Price was a little high.
