I brought my truck in for a noise coming from one of my wheels. I had a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. Wes Williams and Wes Morgan went way out of their way to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. Fair price and excellent service. Would definitely go back to see them again. thank you guys!

Dissapointed

I brought my truck in for oil change, transmission service, brake disc replacement and inspection sticker. I was called and told truck was ready. I stopped by to pick up and was told the inspection sticker was not done due to problems with their phone lines but that I still owed $1200. Lamb's failed to complete the work I requested and failed to provide me an invoice for the work they did complete. I was dropped off and had to pay basically whatever Lamb's requested to get my truck back. I refused to leave my credit card info written on a scrap of paper for them to use later. So, they made paying with a check as difficult as possible. Their general attitude was confrontational and I intend to dispute the charges with my bank unless I receive some sort of documentation of services rendered.

Service was immediate for an oil change, etc. Wait time was not an issue
