i wont be taking my car to lambs any more. I didn't like the customer service i received. Just for oil change and tire rotation was almost $50. i will be shopping around for the same service i would received at a better cost. I had was to be asking the representative if that was is best price. He went on to say if i had coupons i could have gotten a better deal. Mark you this is my second time i went there for my oil change. if they had taken my email on my first visit, i could have been receiving coupons. One of the representative was so argumentative, when i ask about coupon he compare it to HEB. Saying something smart. I replied the customer is always right. He shut up after.

They were truly amazing my oil change took at most 15 min. Got me in and out. Great people, great service.

Inspection Visit

Had to go in for an inspection so that I could get a renewal on my tag. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I was even able to learn something as well. Overall a great visit.
