Lamb's has always been so good to me and my vehicle. They are thorough, honest, and kind. I've always been pleased with the service they provide, but Nathan was extraordinarily informative and informative. I highly recommend the Bee Cave location of Lamb's.
Fairly low Significant wait time for just and oil change and tire rotation Shop was understaffed Tire pressure was not checked. Had to do it myself next day. R/F was at 22lbs. No fluid top off as a part of service. When asked I was told it would require an entire system flush (brakes, transmission, power steering)Gererally a slow and painful experience
Inspection of my car was done in very efficient and timely manner.
The Lakeway Lamb's has excellent service and attention to detail. I wouldn't take my car(s) anywhere else.
Mark Sommer is the absolute best and is the primary reason I do most of my service wirk at Lamb's.
I had the guys at my local Lambs tire perform a 4 wheel alignment and tire rotation on my wife's Honda Pilot. They told me the job would take maybe a couple of hours. When it was said and done I was out of there in a little over and hour and they did a fine job. I will visiting these guys again and will recommend to friends and family.
The wait was 1:20 but I was told to expect 1:30. So, good. Be nice if you could make an appointment for inspections, though.
