We go to Lamb's because of Jerry Kipp, long time service rep. While some other reps in the past have put a hard sell on us for things our cars didn't really need, Jerry is always a straight shooter and a great guy.

They had given me a wait time of 2 hours and I was out in 1 :-DAs always, they were very nice.

Not happy

Installation issues with a brand new tire caused a flat. We relocated about 500 miles into ownership of the tires and had to have a new one shipped to us. Shipping then took longer than quoted. Frustrating. This is all on the heals of problems with new brakes just before this. Staff is nice and recognizes you.
