Recently you changed your oil to Valvoline and my price on this oil change compared to last one went up $42. That equates to a 62% increase. Although I love the service your Bee Cave location provides, I'll have to shop for a new place for my oil changes.

Jerry was terrific - he answered all my questions and kept me informed of his progress finding, ordering and installing my four new tires. Everyone was friendly while I waited and the coffee was tasty!
Excellent, very little wait. No leaks, (have had leaks from other places). No problems. Reset of alerts are good. Free rotation of tires. Many places do not offer this, when they do they charge.

The people at Lamb's in Bee Cave never fail to do a good job and follow up on their performance.... to make sure they did. Nice guys.
Got a piece of wood in my tire. They ordered the tire and fixed it while I was at dinner. I came back and the els were in the car since they had already closed.
They always deliver great service and quality.
I brought my car in at 8:20am for an oil change and the attendant said they wouldn't be able to get to the car until about 10. which I said was fine that I would be coming to get at lunchtime 1ish. Never heard back and so I called at 12:20 and was informed that informed that they still hadn't gotten to my car but would be able to get it in after the car in the bay at the current time so another hour. wow that surprised me and I called back and asked for manager. they were able to get my car in by 12:30 and done by 1 but I have a feeling that had I not called, it would not have happened. over 5 1/2 hours a little long for an oil change. I have never been disappointed with the service at this location but will probably try another place on my next oil change.
Fabulous service. Very trustworthy.Would not take my car anywhere else.
