Long time customer leaving
Made an appointment for service and explained IN DETAIL what I needed done, told not a problem. Dropped the vehicle off that day and went over the service AGAIN, told no problem pick my vehicle up and only a 3rd of service was completed and told that the other part could not be done because there is no mechanic on duty that day?? WTF? Lackadaisical attitudes, inept management, confused and mismanaged. This shop is starting to go down hill. I have been a customer at this shop for almost 10 years and now its time to find a new place to have my vehicles worked on as I no longer trust this place. And to have only ONE MECHANIC WORKING THERE and to have him off on the probably the busiest day of the week is just plain STUPID. Again, inept management! But lets be honest, does it really matter what I say in this little box because you really dont give two F&%$ about whats going on as this is just a PR stunt.
