Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and during a check up on the vehicle while it was there they noticed several mechanical issues with my vehicle that I was unaware of. I am thankful the guys at Hogans caught the problems ahead of time during the check up. If I kept driving the vehicle unaware of the problems it would have been very costly to repair the damage caused when the parts finally broke.

Service is excellent as always. Car is running great!

Hogan and Sons

My last visit at Hogan & Sons went very well. I was having the yearly VA inspection done. When I arrived (a bit before they opened) they invited me to come in and sit in the air conditioner. The heat outside was horrible. They made sure I was comfortable and had a freshly brewed pot of coffee available. They were very professional and kind. The car was taken care of promptly. They explained future maintenence my car will need in the near future. No problems with this visit and I highly recommend them to help keep your car running properly.

Annoyed

It took an hour and twenty minutes for my car to get worked on only because I asked how much longer it would be. And people would drive up and have mechanics look at their vehicles right off the street while I was waiting and my car was still in the parking lot. So I am annoyed that my car was forgotten. That said everyone was friendly and helpful when I had questions. Paying over 100 dollars for service I don't expect to be forgotten or to have to wait over two hours to be done. While random people drive up and get their cars looked at without waiting at all.

Overcharge?

I received a post card from Hogan advertising a $19.95 oil change, but was charged $27.09 for what I expected to cost the advertised $19.95. Service was fast; employees were courteous. But the "bait & switch" pricing detracted from an otherwise OK experience.

Worst oil change ever

Took two hours to change the oil, part of the problem was someone took a lot of time finding more costly repairs. Also mentioned my coupon upon arrival and had it visible only to have it not used. Wasn't going to argue about the bill after waiting so long, just wanted to leave. Do not contact me
