While on vacation I had a bad accident 1 mile south of this service center but was able to drive (barely) to their location. Was greeted by Frank. He took my information and got my vehicle in a stall within 10 minutes and checked out very quickly. The verdict was bent tie rods on the right front passenger side and then an alignment and road check to be sure it was safe. There were tons of cosmetic damage to front bumper, front quarter panel, and both doors. Long story short Frank had us back on the road in less then four hours from the time I had the accident! Frank and his crew exemplifies how a well run center should run in a perfect world. Cudos to each and every person in the shop who did their job in a highly professional and courteous manner, especially to the one who test drove it after the repairs to be sure it was safe. My heartfelt thank you again for a job well done.

Above and beyond
My service visit prior to this one was less than good and had me contemplating finding a new shop for all my vehicle service. After filing out this survey on that visit about it I spoke with the GM who wanted to find out what went wrong. After talking with him it showed me that he wanted to make things right and truly does care about his shop and the service it provides so I opted to go back. The GM went above and beyond to make up for the mistake and I couldn't of been happier and glad I do not have to look for a new shop after all these years with Hogans. Thank you.

Lesson learned: READ REVIEWS
I have learned my lesson about taking a car to a new mechanic. You must read Google and/or yelp reviews on the place first. The majority of the reviews on went something like this.. "Rip off city! $20 oil change coupon = $30 ... That math sounds wrong. Plus $3500 estimate = $200 easy fix at another shop. Had my car towed to hogans and sons merely because it was the closest shop to my house. I had to make a quick decision- tell AAA where I wanted it towed. George, or the gentleman at the counter, was super nice. Honestly, everyone I met there was really nice. I guess I signed something when I dropped it off saying there would be a diagnostic fee. BUT.. theirs was $125 (-10$ coupon).. just to tell me what was wrong with car?? CONFUSING.. my receipt it said "complementary check".. after that.. they wanted to charge OVER twice as much, what the work ended up costing. Had it towed to another shop. VERY UPSETTING!

Had a wonderful experience your sales associate frank cameron went above and beyond my expectations he explained everything in detail and told me it was very important for me to get my car fixed i called mccarthy and they gave me a cheaper price but mr cameron was the reason i chose hogan and sons to complete the work needed for my car.thank you for a great experience!
