Bad experience -- again

For the past few years when I went in for service, something "has to be fixed" always amounting to over $1000. I stopped going there and was lured back with good coupons. Alas. Yesterday they rejected ma car inspection and could fix it for $1240.00. Unbelievable. There is no leak, none on concrete floor, steering is not lose. My car is sitting with a black mark of shame now. I am taking it elsewhere and am confident they will not see this "problem". I am frankly furious!! Uncalled for and darned inconvenient.

Excellent Service

Mr. Merkle was very pleasant and helpful when assisting me! The staff seemed friendly and the location was clean and convenient! They were able to fit me in on short notice! Aside from a bit longer of a wait than expected, due to some computer issues, the service and experience was wonderful! I would definitely recommend them and will be returning for scheduled tire rotations and any other service I might need!

Always courteous, professional and thorough in explanation of needed repairs.

Great Service. Recommendation: Please have your service technicians wipe their hands before getting into the customers vehicle. Oil etc. stains light colored leather seats and door handles. Thank you for a job well done on my vehicle.

Very pleased with the work and the prices. I researched in the Internet and they had the best offer (about 35$ per tire,) and available in stock. Friendly personnel, nice location, an comfortable waiting room.Highly recommended.

oil change

2 hours for an oil change is too long when you have an appointment

***BAD SERVICE THIS TIME***

H&S inc usually provide excellent service, but when I was there few days ago, it was absolutely horrendous service. I had an appt for an oil change, and it still took them 1 hr and 45 minutes to complete. I was initially told 1 hr, when my keys were taken away. No explanation was given to me. In addition, they failed to attend to the other requests I made. The gentleman at the counter, was clearly having a BAD day (he's not usually like that.) when asked why my oil change is taking long, and if there wasSomething else wrong with my car, I was replied with "I don't know sir." Also, he never bothered to check with the mechanic. When I asked the mechanic, I was told "I don't know, I didn't work on this car."
