The customer service is great here. I came in for an inspection and needed wiper blades. After a price quote for new blades I was told it was actually going to be double the price because I needed a certain kind of blades. Then I was given a list of "recommended" repairs $800. A lot of which are unneeded. I did not leave happy with my $100 wiper blades and a list of problems

Had a coupon Hogans sent me for $19.95 for oil change and $10 more for tire rotation. Also had a $10 off next service Hogans sent me but was told I could not use it even though the $10 off had no restrictions. Ended up paying about $40 for the oil change and tire rotation after the "disposal fee", taxes, etc. Not a good deal. Not worth the drive to go there. I'll go to a small local place next time.

I appreciated that I was taken immediately, was able to hand them my keys and never worry about anything else but paying. They even rotated my tires as part of their service. The assistant manger was very professional and even let me chat him up. This will be my new place!

Great staff and customer service.

Friendly and quick.

Had a state inspection/oil change, some work was recommended but not necessary, I decided to have then do work to prevent any future problems. They were friendly, efficient and I was told that I didn't need the work done to pass inspection, but it seemed necessary.

Service was quick but car sat 20 minutes after the work was complete before I was asked if I wanted a warning light investigated.
