These guys are top-notch. They are alert and watch for critical issues, even if that's not the reason for the visit. Their shuttle service is a life saver, and their staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
I dropped my Explorer off for a state inspection and an oil change. My service ended up being much more than anticipated. Hogans was thorough in their inspection of my car and was very complete. When they found additional issues with my car they drove me home rather than make me spend the day at their shop. They were polite and explained everything thoroughly. I also received a list of repairs that were recommended for future visits. I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely use Hogans again. I was very impressed with this company.
Everything ok except they didn't check to see if all 4 tires were in stock before purchas. waited a long time until they found the 4th tire.
Love taking my car to Hogan & Sons as they take great care of my vehicle and are always so nice and accommodating. I feel like they are not taking advantage of me but do only the required work on my vehicle. I have been going there for several years and will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Hogan & Sons!
Very pleasant on the phone, easy set up once arrived by a friendly staff member. I was told of approximate wait time and it was pretty accurate, tech came out to confirm 2 tires had screws in them, fees were reasonable. Coffee and reading information made wait very pleasent.
As in the past you guys always find a way to try and rip me off. My truck fail Inspection due to "rust on my brake rotors". And of course you had a replacement cost of over $800.00 on supplies that cost $89.00. I stopped going 2 years ago and returned when I needed new tires and after discussing how thing were different I tired u guys out again. Same old rip off people. Should have known when there was no wait for inspection on 12/3.
I took my car there the other day to get inspected and to have my tires (which I purchased there) rotated and inflated more because my low tire pressure light came on. My car failed inspection so I guess they decided they didn't want to or didn't need to do the two other things I asked ?? So then I still had to stop on the way home and inflate the tires. They still aren't rotated :/
I was able decline what I knew I could do myself.
Tech failed vehicle and drew up an estimate of $750.00 for necessary repairs.I was able to go to another repair facility and get the same repairs completed for $376.00. Brought vehicle back and passed inspection.Would have done business with you had the price not been too high. Either Sears undercharged me or you were trying to overcharge me. Scott could not provide me with a viable explanation for the price difference. Both he and George were pleasant to talk with; however, not a good experience and I will not return.
The staff was professional and friendly. They appeared to be knowledgeable. I liked how management took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car and also oppose to selling me unnecessary parts he explained what was needed right away and what could what for later down the road. I personally chose to fix everything. Eventhough they are about 45 minutes from where I live I will be taking my car back for service. My only suggestion would be incorporate better coupons that create more of a savings.
