We brought my sons acura in because of squeaking rear brakes. The car ended up needing much more than that. They were up front about what was needed and helped us with a couple of discounts. We had the car back as good as new, less than 24 hours later. Friendly and fast service!
Great price for tires. I did receive a proposal for $4000 worth of additional proposed repairs before I was done. VERY SMOKY inside waiting area. Choked on the cigarettes, and had to leave after an hour. Clothes smelled. :-(
Went into Hogan and Sons for an oil change but they found a much bigger problem. The tech discovered a hole in my transmission cooler. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the fix, and ordered the parts for a same day repair. I wasn't expecting the repair (going in for an oil change) but am grateful that they discovered the issue and were able to repair it so quickly. It was no small job.
We dropped our car off before the shop opened on Monday morning. Over the weekend, our car indicated that the right front tire was losing air. But it was actually the right rear tire. Evidently the last time we had service performed at the dealership, they didn't reprogram the sensors after rotating the tires. The guys at Hogan & Sons checked all of the tires and found a nail in the right rear tire. They repaired the tire and reprogrammed all of the tire sensors so next time it will point us to the correct tire if there is another problem. We are always pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy that we receive from the staff.

Car was in 6 weeks ago for an oil change and courtesy check up with no issues and the service $4,400.00 worth of items were noticed in the same courtesy check up. Asked the manager to call me, no contact. The Fraud Department of the County and State should be notified regarding your practices. I would give you no stars but that is not an option.
This shop always continues to provide top notch service. I like the team here the are knowledgeable and very helpful. Keep it up!!
