Great service. Donald was so helpful and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about what needed to be done, along with cost, the entire time. I will definitely bring my car to Hogan and Sons/Goodyear in the future. Thank you.
Went in for a wheel alignment and Hogan found that I needed a new tire rod. They called and said it needed a new tire rod which would cost $66. I agreed to have the repair. When I went to pick up the car and pay they said the total cost was a lot more then they had previously told me. They had not included the cost of labor when they told me how much it would cost to put on a new tire rod. I'm not going back to Hogan. It seemed unprofessional and a classic auto repair sales tatic that makes one unable to trust having you do work.
was a 5 hr event.... unacceptable!used shuttle service to be returned to my home, (from 9 am appt). was told oil change would take 1-1 1/2 hrs. not picked up until afternoon. my time is valuable too. i've been a client for 7+ years. schedule jobs so that you do not loose sight of the bottom line value in quality customer service. experience was a tremendous disappointment!!! may need to use my local service station for simple oil changes in the future!
We haven't had good luck with Hogan & Sons. My husband took my daughter's buick in because of lack of power. It was not the transmission, good news. It was the fuel line, plus other things to the tune of over $1,400. My husband drives it to work and it breaksdown on the side of the road. It had to be towed back to them. It's there now. Can't wait to see what comes up next.
Scott and the whole crew did a great job installing new tires on my 1979 Ford F-150 pickup. They acted quickly to get the job done and they were fun to talk to as well. I will definitely go back again for work on my other cars. - Jaime

I thought 29.99 a tire was outrages. Only reason I had it done was that the tires had to be put back on the next day. This shop was the only one open. I won't be back.The staff were helpful, but the price was a problem.
I have been a customer for more than ten years over the course of four vehicles. There have been times where I was disappointed in the service or lack of timeliness of completing work but I have never felt as though my vehicle was in jeopardy and have remained a customer. But you gave me back my truck with a "supposed" oil change that was short by 3 quarts of oil. This may have caused irreplaceable damage to my engine through the carelessness of your staff. I can't continue to be a customer or recommend the company any longer.

We always bring our cars here for service. Very easy to deal with and get the job done.
