Communication

This was less than a good visit for me. I brought my car in for oil change(with $15.49, close to that cost, coupon). Also want to flush my cooling with new antifreeze. Ask to check my wiper pressure. Received a call from mechanic telling me that they had to investigate the wiper pressure that was $65 extra, I said let's forget that. Also I needed to change gasket on oil pan and transmission. How much is all that, I asked. Transmission about $190, Oil about $300. - I said proceed. I get my bill, the cost of the oil change was $40, no coupon even though attendant told me that it would be applied, then in my bill statement it said I denied the oil pan gasket, but yet I got an Oil Pan set, I'm confused by that, what happened. Did I get the problem fixed? I have been coming to your location for over 17 years, and on occasion a little break (like the $15. oil change would have been nice). I don't know how $15, flush?, $190 & $300 comes to $990. This was not what I expected nor knew of.

Quick and Easy Inspection

I came late afternoon to get my physical VA inspection. They were backed up, so I left the car overnight for them to inspect it the next morning. I went back to Hogan around 10AM and everything was finished, so I am legal for another year. They are very nice to deal with and very professional as well.

Repairs

The replacement of windshield wiper blades didn't go as planned. The blades make a screeching noise when used, the sound is akin to "metal" on glass instead of the smooth sound when the blades are active. We plan to have your company take a look at the blades again.
