Overall great experience! I was overdue for a state inspection & other places had a line out the door. Troy was friendly & continued to check on me during the process which took an hour. In fact all of the employees were very nice & treated all clients with friendly & fair service. I will definitely be back!
I was greeted very warmly right when I walked in the door for my 3pm winter maintenance appointment. Service addressed all of my needs/concerns and had my vehicle out of the bay and ready to go in about an hour.

very upset with service. Had tires rotated and on the way home heard some thumping. Took to Purcellville Tire and Auto. Rear passenger wheel lugs were lose to the point of failing. This represented a real hazard to the car,and my life, had the wheel fell off.
Troy & Camden did an excellent job in meeting my immediate need of getting back on the rd. quickly, by finding the cause of rd. noise (in the rt. rear tire), & then changing to my spare tire for a price which I could afford. Thank you!
