Everything was great except Im perplexed as to why they filled my tires to 40 psi when it clearly states in the door jam 32 psi. Ive never had the air pressure at 40...
Every time I come in for any service, everyone takes time to explain to me what my car needs, and offer alternatives/discounts because I have a very tight budget. I was looking to get window tint removed, and they quoted me the price, but also took me into the shop and showed me the materials they would use and said I could probably do it myself cheaper. After getting ripped off other places more than once, I plan to come back here for any additional service.
They were very friendly, courteous and I didn't have to wait too long.
Stopped by late afternoon in hopes of getting state inspection. Customer service was phenomenal. Provided me with almost an exact wait time and checked in on me a couple of times.

Always kind and curteous. Recommended an alignment and got that done. Car drives much better after that.

Each Technician that I spoke to was very polite & professional. I have been a customer of Hogans & Sons-Leesburg, Va. station since 1989. I always refer my friends to Hogans & Sons. The work was done on time, I had no complaints & and I welcomed, the ride back to my house and the post work pick up @ home. Good Job & Thanks to All.
I've been using H&Ss for the last 10+ years. Was so frustrated by the last visit, I left with only half the work done. Mount and balance 3 tires, then do an alignment. Bread and butter for a tire shop, right? 10am appointment was delayed for unexplained reasons. Tires were done by 1pm, gave up waiting on the alignment (still another car on the rack) at 2pm.
We love Hogan's: the people are great and even though we don't speak "car" they always manage to understand what we're saying needs attention.ThanksChuck and Kathi Acker
