I recently took my 2002 Toyota Sequoia in for new tires and service before a 2000 mile trip to Appleton WI. New tires, brakes, struts, and rack in pinion steering and it drives like a new car! Great trip northwest for Thanksgiving! Thanks Corey and team!
Scheduled this service on 11/15 for 12:30. When I dropped car off, I was promised it would be ready by 6:00pm. Was told they were really busy that day which is why it would take so long, so unless I needed car sooner, it would be 6pm. I confirmed my appt., time stating how I was promised it would take 1-1/2 hours to complete. Man then suggested it could be ready by 2. With a $15 coupon off an oil change, and a price of $10 to rotate tires, I was shocked when they told me the price for an oil change would be $70 (or $95 without the coupons). Do people really pay that? 'Yes' they said. For a location I went to often, usually with oil change mailer coupons for $19.95 - not sure how the price increased that much more, except to say they now use a newer premium Mobil oil, and without notifying customer, added another substance to the oil (for $20) to make the car 'work' even better. For that price I think it might be cheaper now, to visit my Buick dealership for oil changes, instead.
I don't know, $90 for an oil change and tire rotation seems like a lot of money. Munroe will do the tire rotation for $40 and $20 for an oil change is standard.
Hogan and Sons did an excellent job jhelping me replace all four tires on my S-60 that had all seen 70,000 miles of wear.
Needed new tires and a great price. Hogan Goodyear Leesburg is always helpful, courteous and affordable. In and out in 4 hours and they even offered me a ride. Happy!!!
I really want to applaud Hogan good year of Leesburg angel, my service manager, Made sure all the things I requested were fixed And gave me great advice for future service they also got the work done ahead of when they said they would . I would highly recommend them To anyone in the Leesburg area also Camden assisted in communicating with me and did a great job as well
Always friendly and attentive staff with quick service of our vehicles. I have taken my two cars here to get oil changes and plan on continuing to do so!
Great customer service. They did excellent work on my vehicle and took their time to explain everything prior to performing the service. They also have a courtesy shuttle that will drop off within the vicinity and drop back off.
Stopped by to see if I could get a quick oil change. Hogan & Sons managed to fit me without a previous appointment while I walked around quaint Leesburg. Very professional and convenient.
