How is it that the service done was on a Subaru? 4 Breaks pads were replaced, 4 rotors replace and fixing two oil leaks, but that is not what it says. Lastly, why haven't you recommended replacing the Tm Belt now that my car is north of 1000 miles?
Was so surprised to receive such efficient, knowledgable, pleasant service and attention. I'm from out of town and my tire light went on. Had no idea who to go to to get the tire fixed and within a 24 hour time frame (leaving town the next day). Ken and Joe were 'on the job' - attentive to my problem, and time frame. Problem solved.. I'm a very happy customer. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family in the area.
I went in for an oil change for a car I recently purchased from Carmaxx and they did a thorough check and informed me that my breaks were needed to be replaced. The assistant manager was very helpful by providing me with a list of the work the car needed done and advised me to go back to the dealer to have them fix it to which the dealer agreed to fix the times for free!!
Always a pleasant experience at this Falls Church garage. Ray, the Service Manager, is very attentive, professional, and delivers on-time.

awesome place to have your car worked on
We brought our Honda to you in early February for routine oil change and state inspection. Hogan ran its "diagnostics" and came up with $1800-worth of extra servicing. Shortly afterwards - and admittedly about 1,000 miles down the road - the starter began malfunctioning, while we were on a road trip. So, the one time we really needed a heads-up on a problem, your "diagnostics" hadn't helped. That was disappointing. Also, a worker left a huge screwdriver under the the windshield wiper on the driver's side. Luckily, it didn't dislodge and cause damage to someone or something, but that mistake was also unsettling.
