Hogan's on Lee Highway

These guys are excellent. I showed up without an appointment, not knowing what caused me to need a jump to start my car. They diagnosed the faulty starter right away and sent someone to get a replacement from the warehouse so they could get my car back to me that evening. Unfortunately, that part was also faulty. They replaced it the next day - Christmas Eve morning!! I think they went out of their way to fix my car before the holiday. I think they even pushed back the start time of their own in-house holiday celebration to finish my car - not that they rushed the job by any means. They were simply dedicated to getting the job done correctly and in as good a time frame as they could.

I chose Hogan & Sons to install my new tires based on its great online reviews and they did not disappoint. The manager, Joe, was supremely professional in his demeanor. He walked through the pricing and process and kept me updated with progress throughout the afternoon. He and his team were also kind enough to bag and load my existing tires. The whole team was very polite and customer-oriented. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
