I had my brake pads and rotors replaced. My husband was upset over quote and actual cost. Joe patiently gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and why. He explained quote had many variables. we were very satisfied with the work done and timeliness in getting car back. Definitely would recommend this location to family and friends.
This is not the first visit for me, and won't be the last. Great service was provided and I'm very pleased with the results as always! Keep up the wonderful work that you guys do keeping vehicles on the road with minimum wait time in a clean and friendly environment.

I've used Hogan's for a few years now. I trust them to take great care of my 325i. The management and technicians are friendly and helpful.
They were able to handle my car problems in an expedited manner. They also tried their best to make my work load easier by doing a lot of research into tires for me.
In for alignment and tire rotation. Mr. Gilbert recommended a balance on the tires as well which I did. As a result I found a bent rim! The folks there always take good care of my vehicle and always have fair prices. They never push any additional work but will advise you of any critical work they see needed.
Came in for a brake job on my Civic. Expecting to only need new front pads and a slight chance of new rotors, Ray let me know I needed more than that. Besides these 2 things, I also needed new rear shoes and drums. I'm the original owner and shoes where never replaced. My Civic has 110k. The quote was outrageous but of course expected. Sure, I probably did not need new drums but Ray was able to lower the estimate to a reasonable price. After reading the reviews, Is said, Heck why not. The car rides great and brakes smoothly.
