A/C, Cracked dashboard panel

Great work on A/C. Unfortunately the plastic panel covering the dials on my dash was cracked. I called shop and was immediately told it wasn't them - but the cover wasn't cracked when I brought it to shop. I will follow up but would appreciate an open mind.

Oil & filter change on my '90 Miata. Car has 345,000 miles, so the 10w-30 oil used is rather light, as evidenced by somewhat lower oil pressure than I would desire in hot summer weather. I would have preferred 10w-40 or 20w-40 weight in hot summer weather, but I'll take the blame on this because I failed to specify beforehand. Otherwise, I'm happy enough with the service.

Excellent service!I called to make an appointment to repair a tire. Earliest was 1PM. I had appointments in the afternoon. Denis, the service mgr/scheduler, let me come in at 11am so I could wait until a lift became available. Brandon was able to complete the repair and I was out of there before 12:30pm.I appreciate their pleasant demeanor and professionalism. Very happy with the job.Cheers

Best auto service Is simple

I walked into Hogan and Sons needing a tire repaired. I met Rich Greene and he immediately took my car for service. Upon inspection it was determined that all tires would need to be replaced. One might think go in needing one tire and now I'm getting sold 4 tires....BS right? NOT HERE. Rich took the time to show me the tread wear, the inside of the damaged tire, and clearly outlined the situation. I clearly understood what need to be done. Service was quick, conviently provided a courtesy ride. The entire process was simple. What made the biggest difference was Rich actually filled out my rebate form, and addressed a stamped envelope so I can take advantage of a mail in rebate. All the extra steps were done so I trust that I will only get the service I need but the service will always be exceptional. Thanks to Rich and the entire team. Great Work!
