I attended the office On Saturday to request new tyres for my vehicle. The employee that I spoke to 'John" was attentive, pleasant and knowledgable. He took time explaining theprosand cons of each tyre option. When I chose a tyre he advised me that it would have to be order and would be in that Monday. I made and appointment for the Monday which I had to move because of another appointment, this was not a problem for the staff, I arrived at the appointed time on th eTuesday and was dealt with again by John who recognized me and was extremely helpful and commnunicatve regarding the progress of the fittings. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. I was very please with my overall experience. I would recommend your organization and especially John.

OIL CHANGED

Excellent job! Not satisfied with the bill. Have my own oil and is deducted only a 2 or 3 dollars with coupon.

No surprises.

Came in and asked for oil change and tire rotation. Shop did what I asked, and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Clean place with professional staff. Wish it was always this way.

The service was exceptional on my wife's van. We had a service engine light on in the vehicle. Denis, and Brandon were able to take care of the vehicle the next day.

I could not get my car started and the problem seemed to be the battery. I was able to get my car to Hogan & Sons and they immediately looked at it and ran tests. I had the battery replaced in a short amount of time and was on my way. Thanks for the prompt service.

Service was professional & courteous. Wrong power steering part was sent and had to wait for correct part.All went well and I was kept informed of status of work. Four hours to complete

Diagnostic check

I came in at 4:30 pm. I was told it should be done by 6:30pm.Then, I come back at 6:25, I was told that the diagnostic wasn't ready, it would take longer even till dark?????I told them: you close at 7pm so you have another 30 minutes.I get the car at 7:03.I paid $100. When I look at the paper I see that the paper does not specified the problem, as in the side.I was told I could bring it for service the next day and it would take A COUPLE HOURS!I believe that if I pay for you guys to let me know what the problem is, you're supposed to specified the exact location of the problem.It's $100 I don't poop.So, overall not very happy with the outcome of this service.
