I have been a customer of Hogan & Sons for a number of years. So when I had a warning light go on for the charging system, I went to Hagon's. I received courteous and prompt services at a reasonable price. Thank you. Jon Jordan
The car is fine, they did a good job, but it took over 5 hours to get an oil change.Decided to give Hogan & Sons a try (with no referral, limited options) and walked in for nothing but the oil change around 11:30 am on a Monday. Guy at the counter said it'd be a few hours, I said that'd be fine, expected that with no appointment. I left and walked around the shopping strip for a bit, came back at 2-ish and found my car still where I left her. Talked to someone else in the shop, found out the first guy had written on my ticket for her to be started on at 4:30 pm! Big miscommunication. So I took the free shuttle home, and waited there. At 4:31 pm I got the call that she was ready, and requested the shuttle back. At 5:34 I called them to ask what was going on and the shuttle was finally sent over to pick me up. I was told this isn't the usual for Hogan & Sons, but I'm debating trying again with an appointment, for a place that disorganized it frequently doesn't make a difference.
I found this place when i needed new tires and had not had an issue till my last visit. They were a little busy which was not a big deal. Left my car for service thinking that my belongings where not going to be touched or "magically disappear". I picked up my car close to closing tI me and once I got home I realized my sun glasses in a brown case they were stored in are gone. Of course they are closed today and im sure once i go in there to make a claim they will say they are not responsible or everyone will deny it. So for all beware and just take anythi g thats of value out of ypur cars if you plan on leaving your car there. They are friendly just their staff have sticky fingers.
