I've gone to Flynns in the past and they have always provided great service. I've never had to return my car for any reason. The customer service was excellent as well.
Flynn's does a quality job every time we coeme in for new tires or tire changes, etc. I wish the waiting room at the North Hills location was a more pleasant environment. Otherwise, first class.
professional, timely, and a fair price
Everything was fine, I ordered them on Monday and they were installed Wednesday. Great price on the tires and good service. Thank you.
Very efficient and courteous
Service was great! I called and ordered tires on a Thursday and tries were delivered and put on truck and inspection was finished the next day. They even price matched the tires to a much lower price.
What happened on the 22nd was not a pleasant experience. During this visit, I was first told that they were too busy to take me and to come back later in the afternoon. When I came back later in the afternoon, they took my car into the shop and then took an hour and a half to let me know that the tires that I had been given a quote on earlier in the month was not to be found in the shop anywhere. I set up an appointment to come back the following week on the 29th to buy a different set of tires. This time everything went smoothly.

I think they did a decent job. I had a Appointment at 1:00 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I don't think it should have taken 2 hrs. Especially since I had an appt. Waiting area was cold. I usually went to the Hermitage Flynn's but moved back to Pittsburgh. I will give them another chance.
I received excellent customer service from Jim, he was very professional and knowledgable. This was my first experience with Flynn tire, but I will be a returning customer.
