Inspection

Did what needed to be done and explained the items needed to be replaced or fixed.

Great service as always, however,this time was not given any information on the following: road hazard insurance aligning the tires, when I mentioned this to my family the general consensus was they thought "aligning" new tires would be automatic. Makes sense when installing 4 new tires. I questioned "balancing the tires", however, tires are not my bailiwick so never thought about "alignment". In spite of that and having to go back and get the service done, I still rate those folks with 5 stars. Always friendly and certainly helpful when I have a question or problem with my car.

Inspection

I brought my car in for inspection and emission. The staff was courteous. No problems expected and none experienced. I was in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Great service

I will never get tires elsewhere again. This was my first visit to Flynn's and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had researched extensively for the tires I wanted because I am a small business owner and I live/work out of my car and good tires in the winter are a must but prefer all-season rather than straight up snow tires. I saw Flynn's could get the tire I wanted so I went with them and they ordered my tires and got them very quickly. Service took a little longer than they said but it was because they suggested a FREE alignment check based on the wear from my old tire (which they showed me) and found my car was out of alignment (based on the computerized evaluation) so they did that as well. The waiting area was sufficient and the staff was wonderful with explaining things.

Great Experience

Hadn't been there in years, I chose them from Google instead of another shop because Flynn Tire had higher reviews. The reviews were corrects. I'm satisfied & glad I went there.
