tire repair

I came in for a tire repair (not your tire), so I expected to wait. As it turns out, I ended up waiting for 4 1/2 hours to get the repair done. Customers who came after me were moved in ahead of me for new tires or balance.They installed four tires on a mustang while I was waiting, and the customer was not even on site. Somone even left a tire outside overnight for repair, and they had their repair done an hour before mine. I am a long term customer. The tires came when I bought the truck, that is why they weren't purchased at this store.My repair took less than half an hour. In my opinion, I could have been worked in and waited for a reasonable amout of time. This is a terrible way to treat a long term repeat customer. I will probably need 4 tires for my truck before next fall. I suppose that I need to go shopping.

Not the worst, but...

They seemed moderately busy, but it still felt like two new tires and one tire repair took a long, long, looong time. (Did they have three sales clerks and one tech?) The fact that my TPMS light now goes on constantly leads me to believe they either didn't bother resetting something, or they didn't know how. In an emergency, this shop was close to my house, but I don't think I'll go back. Sorry, Flynn's.
