Customer service @ the desk. Had to give my phone # 6 times , when time to call with update, he had wrong number. I had to call to check status. I think some sort of paper work should be given to you when you drop the vechicle off to prevent this error.The mechanics did a very good job.

I needed a wheel alignment last minute (Friday before Labor Day). Staff worked very hard to get me serviced and out the door as soon as possible. Staff was very knowledgeable. Was looking for a home shop and guess what, I found it right at Flynn's.

Visited Flynn Tire for a tire rotation and ended up purchasing 4 incredibly expensive tires ($1,300). Was talked into needing 4 new tires, ok fine, last thing I remember was $172.00/tire for 4 All terrain 235-70-r18's. Ended up getting four $260.00/tire Goodyears ATs. Awesome tires for sure, but the cost was never mentioned or the fact that @ $260.00/tire that is the top retail price for GY AT's anywhere I have researched on the internet. Had I visited another shop, trust me, I would have saved allot of money even if I had acquired the same exact pricey tires.Pass on this place unless you enjoy mystery.
