I had an appointment to get my wheels aligned. They got me in on time and finished in a timely manner. They were friendly and good about answering questions.
Have nothing bad to say about this place. Excellent customer service, good prices and friendly people. In and out and they even accommodated me with adding in a service that I needed but forgot to mention when I made my appointment!
The Babcock location has consistently been a reliable place to take my car for honest and reliable service.
I had a flat on 1 tire, 3,800 miles on a new truck. I needed 1 matching tire.My 3/4 ton truck has an E rated 10 ply tire and should hold 75 psi, max.I was given a 4 ply tire rated for well under the weight limit of the truck and a max of 44psi.The truck was returned to me with 95 psi in a tire rated for 44psi, when it should have been the "E" tire with 75psi. Both errors were very dangerous. It's hard to believe that both mistakes were made on one customer.I returned having put a few miles on the truck and the tire already had a bad sidewall bulge.I refused further service, the tire was removed and my money was returned. I will never return to Flynn's tire and share my experience with anybody that may use their service.

I dropped off my truck the evening my tire went flat it was fixed the next day before 830am. Jim and his team do a fantastic job
