Found problem quickly and had me out a few hours later..very professional and I have both of my cars brought to Flynn's..
I brought my van in due to a flat tire. They looked at my tire and said it had to be replaced.. I agreed to purchase a new tire. When it was finished, the clerk came out and said to me. "you didnt tell us you had a window issue." I said what are you talking about.. he said the drivers side window was put down and now they couldn't get it back up. I asked why they would have put my window down to change my tire. He said hes been doing this for 20 years and the first thing they always do is put the window down so they dont lock the keys in it. he then started banging on my door with his fist trying to jar the wire so it would go up. He said to me "well, I hope you have a good heater." I said so what am I supposed to do. he said he didnt know.. I said so you arent even going to give me some sort of a discount for this?? my window was perfectly fine when I came in here! his response was. "discount for what?? it's old the motor prob burnt out. thats not our problem". so I paid and left.
Not necessarily an in and out scheduled service but they accommodated my flat tire emergency perfectly.

The service was excellent. They were efficient. They treated me like the only person in the room. They explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood exactly what was needed. They were very polite oh, and I feel comfortable with leaving my car in their care.
