Frozen windshield washer fluid

Today I had a wonderful experience at Flynn's in New Castle. During my drive from Pittsburgh today, my windshield wiper fluid stopped working on Rt. 79. Arriving at my destination across the street from Flynn's my colleagues suggested I call Flynn's for help as they had experienced good service there in the past. I called, was greeted courteously and was directed to "sure, just bring it over, we can take a look at it". Not only did they promptly take my care in, they drove me back to work!!! Luckily the only issues was frozen washer fluid. When I returned to pick up my car, much to my surprise, there was no charge for the kind and caring service I experienced. I was told, "No problem, all we had to do was warm it up a bit". The service folks also gave me recommendations on the type of washer fluid I should use in the winter to avoid having this happen to me again. I travel frequently throughout the state and it is comforting to know that I can always count on the people at Flynn's.

Called in am to make an appointment, 3:30 dropped car off was an hour and a half to two hour wait ! Service person called when it was completed ! Great job

My appt was at 1, my car did not go in until 1:20. Men were heard burping, cussing, and carrying on before my car got taken. Im all about enjoying work, but when customers are waiting, get the job done. Finally my car gets finished at 2:08, I physically see them put my keys on the counter to be picked up. I didnt get called to the counter for another 10 mins, even though there were people standing around talking. My tire light was on before I put it in reverse,I brought it to their attention. I was told drive around & it should reset. If not come back, instead of doing a check so I didnt waste my gas or drive on low tires. Per their expert advice, I drove around doing errands (about 30 miles over 3 hours). I had to go back b/c the light didnt shut off. The man was obviously aggravated upon arrival, slamming things & mumbled Jesus Christ before answering a phone that rang at least a dozen times. My issue was resolved, but very distasteful customer service.

Saved me money

John Calderone was great. I had previously price shopped at several tire dealers in the trip county area and he fixed me up with a similar product with similar specs for almost $400 less than other quotes. On top of that he gave me a military discount! They also found an alignment problem which they fixed before I left the shop. I think I found a new tire shop.
