Deceived Twice; Otherwise Fine

Was told by manager that Flynn's worked with BMW's; however, they could not reset my TPM monitors! June 4th, after the mechanic NEVER got back to me, i took my car to Boardman BMW to learn how to reset my TPM from the dash. The other deception was being told it would ONLY take about 1 hour when I arrived, BUT ended up sitting in your fumes for over 2 hours which, by the way, incapacitated me for at least 36 hours. Thanks a lot. The new tires and service seemed to be fine otherwise.

Once again Flynn's comes through for one of my vehicles. Always great service, great staff( management, counter, Tech Service and in the tire bays) Only wish you would spend a little bit more money at each site, replacing old or worn equipment for the workers. I've been there long enough, and even I know when equipment needs replacing. Sometimes you have to spend a few bucks to make more in the long run.
