My appt was at 9am. They didn't start on it til 9:45am. The problem on my vehicle got fixed but such a long wait time.

Flat tire and valve change.

the mechanic didn't check my valve stem and I had to make a trip 20 miles one way to go back. Then when the valve came I they couldn't get my computer to accept the valve. I. The mean time they ran my battery down

I always come to Flynn's in Dover for my tire service. And each time I am treated with courtesy and respect. I don't ever feel like I'm being conned because I'm a single female in an auto shop. Thanks for making me feel welcomed and for taking excellent care of my car!!

I appreciate the super friendly and helpful staff. Love the inspections and being told well in advance if I'm going to need tires before winter or brakes in a few months....helps me budget! Been going to the Dover Flynn's for many years and plan on continuing.

I arrived at 2:15 for a oil change and tire rotation. They took my vehicle in right away. I pulled out at 4:10. The individual that worked on my vehicle did alot of wandering around and talking like he was lost. Usually the service i get here is good but not on this day. I missed half of my daughter's track meet because of it.

wheel alignment

Took my vehicle in on the 21st to get new tires and front wheel alignment. Had to go back on the 22nd because they didn't do the wheel alignment even though they charged me for it.
