I stopped in to set up a time to drop my Toyota Tacoma off for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Rich, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful in offering me exactly what met my schedule. I have always enjoyed taking my vehicles to this location as the front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. The work performed has always met my expectations and at a fair price.

Your staff was nothing short of great; however, I could see that you were very short-staffed and was informed the engine light on my car was a "Cylinder 3 Misfire" and that they removed the engine light, drove the vehicle and it was now ok. However, when I picked it up, I didn't even get it out of the parking lot and experienced the same problem. A technician looked at it. I called this morning first thing and will try to get it back in tomorrow.
