Flynn's found a screw in a tire that was causing a slow leak. It was fixed with no charge on my original equipment tires. Rich was very generous and I appreciate the great service.

During this visit, I purchased tires. We had in the past, purchased almost all of our tires there unless it was an emergency. A few weeks before that, I took the same vehicle in because the brakes were making a grinding noise. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle by your service dept. When, I purchased the new tires, I had hoped that the brakes/noise would be looked at again for the second time. Again, I was told that the only thing I needed was new tires. We went on vacation on. Jun 8th. I had brake problems while we were gone. I brought it to your business's attention that I believed my vehicle was not properly evaluated. I was told that it would now cost approx $648. I felt that this quote was extreme considering I had asked for them to be checked. This is not the only time that we felt we have had bad service there but we hoped that the first time was an accident. Once before, shortly after we purchased a tire at your facility, I experienced a flat tire on 77 and when the tow company came to change my tire, they said the bolts had not been tightened enough and they were loose. I explained that the tire was new. I did not complain then because, I thought the flat was my fault for running over a nail or something. I still questioned in the back of my mind why the bolts were not secure. We are upset that our vehicle was not evaluated correctly and the fact that we would be required to pay such a high amount when we felt there was responsibility on your business to repair and evaluate the work properly. I anticipate that we will never do business with your company again. We have lived in Dover for 34 years and even though we both work out of town, we have tried to give our business to the hometown business. We are disappointed with your company and the service we received.

The staff was very friendly but the wait time was about 1 hr and 45 minutes. There was no problem with the repair.
Flynn's special ordered a tire for me and gave me a great price! The service to dismount the older tire, mount and balance the new tire was completed quickly and the older tire, which I wanted to keep was put in a bag and placed in my trunk. Excellent, clean service as anticipated. Thank you!
I guess I expected more from a professional tire shop. I waited around for an hour just for them to come out and tell me my lug nut lock was missing. They couldn't find it anywhere in my car they said they looked in the trunk and the glove box. They couldn't rotate my tires without that lock. I get home and the lock had rolled out of the tool case underneath the trunk carpet, obviously they didn't look hard enough. Wasted my time.Disappointed.
It was smooth, friendly and quick. Just the way I like it. Thank you for taking care of our cars.
