When I had an unexpected loud noise develop under my car on the way to work, I pulled into this Dobbs and was met by a friendly man behind the counter who proceeded to handle everything for me. They had the time and the parts to finish that day, and I was very pleased with the lack of hassle.
Your people went above and beyond when I had a problem with my battery. They took me home when they discovered they did not have the required battery is stock and then picked me up the next morning when my vehicle was ready. I had no other transportation options.
We always receive fast and courteous service from these folks.
