I loved that I was able to drop off my van to get it serviced for a great summer savings deal on a Saturday morning--it was done within an hour & the deal was amazing! The Wentzville location has always been well ran with excellent customer service & deals--I have been a loyal client since 2007!!!
Came in to get a flat fixed. Turned out to need a new tire. Had a few other things - Oil change, Rotate - done. I can't remember ever being disappointed with an experience I have had at Dobbs
Staff is friendly. Got the car in, work completed and out the door with no issues.
No complaints. It's been awhile since I've been back to this location. Looks like it's under different management for the better.
I have been a customer at this DOBBS location for years. They are always so helpful! Great service!
Had a flat tire. Bought my tires at Dobbs and they fix for free or if unfixable will prorate. Obviously unanticipated. It was Saturday. And though they were completely booked, was able to fit me in and in about 1 hour, problem fixed. Unfortunately tire was unfixable but got new tire based on the prorated amount. They go above and beyond...always.

The staff is amazing! The results make me confident my vehicles are safe for my family. I will always ONLY use Dobbs - Justin in Wentzville MO takes care of all of my concerns on my vehicles and does it with confidence and concern. He shows consistency and is always a pleasure to work with. As all the staff has been wonderful, Justin stands out as friendly, positive, professional, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time. He knows the product and knows the customers. He works as if the company belongs to him, standing by the service and professionalism, supporting the company and still caring for each customer. Giving each customer his attention and not rushing. Thank you Wentzville team!!
