Excellent service as usual. Dropped the car off for an oil change, tire rotation and battery check and they got it done, called me to tell me everything was good and had it ready for pick up by my requested time.

Very timely and good service
Very disappointed - when I arrived I left my car running as I THOUGHT I needed a new battery. The serviceman asked me if I wanted them to check the battery and I said yes as I do not want to replace it if it is not bad. They pulled the car in and technician came out to me and said I had a dead cell and a new battery would cost $ll0.00 plus tax and I said go ahead and install. When my car was ready I went to pay for it and the counterman said the total due was $173+. I told him I was quoted $ll0.00 and he said the "DIANOSTIC" charge was $41.95 which I did not understand. He said to check the battery they had to run a dianostic on the engine. Not happy. He then said he would knock off the shop supply charge - whatever that is. As you can see none of this made me very happy. Thanks for giving me a chance to vent about this.
It was late in the day- the crew go my car right in and fixed and out the door with a total review of the vehicle and was informative and friendly!! I will not go anywhere else!
