I had a 10:00 appt for a oil change and tire rotation. Things were done well and the gentleman at the desk was very nice, but my car wasnt ready until 11:45!!!

Emergency Starter repair

I can always rely on Dobbs to come to my aid with our aging car. My starter motor went out and as I was talking to the manager at Dobbs he asked me to try starting it, after numerous attempts it started and he said bring it right up. He had the car fixed within 2 hours.I greatly appreciated him and his mechanic fixing this problem so quickly.

2003 Ford Focus

We just bought tires at Dobbs in May 2016 & they are already bald. I feel that they should've automatically did the front end alignment when we purchased the tires if that is what is recommended. My husband said he does not remember them asking him to do this. If they did, he wasn't given enough information to know that it needed to be done to prevent tires from going bald quicker. He is a carpenter, not a mechanic. He is very easy going and would've listened to the mechanic and did what was recommended. Now we have to get 4 new tires and we can't afford them. Unless you give me a very good deal, we will never be back and will not refer anyone to any Dobbs.Deanna & Wayne Hoffman

Thankfully I made an appointment because this location was very busy this day! The team did a great job getting my vehicle in/out within a perfect time for me. I was able to workout at my gym nearby (approx. 3 mi away!) and utilize the Dobb's shuttle service when my vehicle was done! Outstanding service!!!!
