Come in with a mangled tire and the team not only took care to see I was on solid footing with good tires. They took me home and picked me up when the job was finished.
I had two of our vehicles in on the same day; one needed two tires, the other oil change and tire rotation. The service techs who spoke with us and got things rolling were very helpful and definitely turned our somewhat emergency into a quick business as usual experience. Thanks for the assistance and professional experience.

We had to take our car in because the valve stem broke and the tire/sensor needed to be replaced. My wife dropped the car off and was told, "just come back around five", which we did, and when we got there we were told "We can't find the paperwork....". After 10-15 min the paperwork was located (this was 10 to 5), we were told "we are pulling it in now, shouldn't be too long". Why would you tell someone to come back at 5, then just start the car when they arrive? The experience wasn't awful, I just didn't get the feeling that they cared about my business or how things were poorly managed.

every thing fine concerning oil ch. however, once again ( for probably 3rd-4th time ) Scott has found a problem with our vehicle that is not only false, but unlikely given its age and mileage. We believe he is seling ( or trying to ) illegitimate repair items. We are very less inclined to get our vehicles fixed at dobbs because of this behavior. We = myself,wife, and daughter, who have allhad this feeling separately ondifferent occasions. His name is the one that has come up in all instances. No problem with others, in fact, we have beeen shown great help and concern by others .
The staff did a quality job for my oil change and fluid check. Thanks.
