Fast, very courteous and professional experience
I brought my car in for an emissions test and oil change and tire rotation . When I picked up my car the tires had not been rotated. Which is no biggie can get it done next visit. Got into my car and my oil change necessary light wa still on. I had to circle the parking lot and return to have light turned off. Makes me wonder if my oil was really changed. Will return for next service. Give Dobbs one more chance.
Came in with coupon for oil change 20 dollar somehow got talk into Oil change of 45 dollars. Also told I needed transmission fluid & brakes where worn. I will give Dobbs another chance I just don't like being taken advantage of.

I have been taking my cars and mini-vans to dobbs for routine maintenance, tires and repairs for over 13 years. This service was as good as I have come to expect. Another great job.
I'm a regular customer of Dobbs and will continue to be, but I would suggest that when tires are purchased or tires are serviced that you double check tire pressures. When I drove away with my new tires, the tire pressure on my car which is accurate read 45 / 35 / 37 /28. I went back and Dobbs immediately took care of it. Having another person double check would have prevented this.
