Oil change

Had the oil changed. expected all fluids to be checked and topped off. Checked power steering fluid on Friday 2/12/2016 and found it a little low. I'm told it's low enough to get a warning on a safety inspection. Wondering if power steering fluid is one of the 14 points checked.

Charge for oil disposal when toy are selling the used oil, come on!! And chage for miscellaneous parts. Really!! Would I trust you to buy tires? Nope!!

Tires & Oil Change

This shop stripped my oil pan plug and charged me for a temp plug. Additionally, Dobbs tried to hit me up for a new oil pan. Dobb's claimed pan was leaking as well as having no threads. Bull! I saw the pan when on the rack at another shop - NO LEAK! Threads were completely stripped smooth! Morons used a power tool to remove & replace an oil pan plug & tired to hit me up for $500 to replace the pan. I took my car to Mickey's, they put new threads in the pan and a pug for under $100. I have been a customer for 20 years - not any more. the previous manager and crew at this store were pretty straight up - this new batch is a piece of work.

Very good.

The service I received at this location was very good. My only complaint is the price. It cost me $88 for an oil change and tire rotation.
